1. Lenny Kravitz
There’s no doubt that The “American Woman” singer has an enviably good looking body. Besides this he prefers an outdoor workout of doing pull ups, push ups, squats instead of hitting the gym. When it comes to his diet, he is a juice man all the way! His perfect drink ( except from the occasional cheat day where he drinks champagne) he prefers to concoct a smoothie with his Champion Juicer using kale, carrots, beets, and garlic.
2. Anthony Kiedis
The Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman is the poster boy for the anti-geezer, age defying rock god. He’s super buff and has been featured in several Men’s Fitness magazines. Sticking to his punk roots, Kiedis still believes in defying the idea of how men are conventionally viewed in society when they hit their 40’s. The secret to those abs is his tryst with surfing, to which he credits his active and healthy lifestyle.
