What you will need

  • 1 cup sliced ripe banana
  • 1 cup low-fat chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
  • One carton low fat yogurt
  • And here’s how you make it
    Place the banana in the freezer and keep it there until it’s firm. That should take something close to an hour. After removing it, let it sit for 5 minutes. Combine the frozen banana and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Drink up immediately.

    With ingredients like bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, you end up with something super healthy which won’t make a dent in your calorie intake.
