He swears by the dumbbell bicep curl exercise for stronger arms and shoulders. This is a simple exercise that can be performed even at home if you have access to a set of dumbbells. Stand up straight with dumbbells in each hand. Keeping your elbows close to your torso, rotate your palms until they are facing forward.This will be your starting position. Now keep your arms stationary, curl the weights contracting your biceps and exhale. Now continue to lift the weights till your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at your shoulder length. Now you can inhale and slowly begin to lower the weights to your starting position. Do sets of 2 with 10 reps each for maximum benefits.
