The plank is a crucial exercise when it comes to strengthening your core. ¬†Jaie Bhadane shows you how to spice up the basic plank with shoulder taps. By incorporating this small twist you are making a whole lot of difference by working on your shoulders, core, and your wrist. The best part of this exercise is that requires no equipment at all! All you have to do is get in the plank position and alternatively tap each shoulder while keeping your spine aligned and glutes tightened. Do a set of 2-3 with 15 repetitions and you’ll see the difference!
